A quick word (or two) about me...
I love running. All versions of it. I’ve been running competitively for over ten years and have a broad range of events under my belt from road racing, to trail runs, to backyard ultra’s and even world record attempts.
In early 2023, I successfully ran one marathon per day for 150 days straight from Cape York to Melbourne/Naarm. This not only set a new Guinness World Record, but also raised over $140,000 for at-risk Australian wildlife on my ongoing mission to help keep wild places wild.
Importantly, I showed that anything is possible with the right focus, training, fuel and mindset. I’ve dedicated my life to tapping in to how we can maximise our potential to not only exceed others’ expectations of us, but our own expectations of what we think we are both physically and mentally capable of.
Goal specific run and strength training paired with optimal nutrition are fundamental to performance.
